Browser Settings - Netscape
Settings for Netscape can be accessed on the menu bar by clicking Edit and then clicking Preferences. You will be presented with a dialog box with 7 areas to explore. Here is what you will find in each of them.
Appearance- Here you can select how Netscape opens, what the toolbars look like and make changes to color and font settings. If you don't like the colors or fonts I use you can change them to what you like.
Navigator- Choose what your home page is or customize your History settings.
Mail & Newsgroups- Here is where you can customize how you receive your e-mail and access newsgroups.
Roaming Access- If you need to access the net from different computers, this section allows you to set up Netscape so that you have the same preferences and settings.
Composer- You can create web pages with Netscape and this section will help you design them.
Offline- If you need to work with Netscape without being online, you can setup how you want it to work here.
Advanced- Go here to customize settings for cache (temporary) files, cookies, and Java scripting.
