Purchase Considerations
There are many things that affect how we view and perceive images generally, and art in particular. Factors, such as our moods, lighting conditions, or how quickly our eyes adjust, are constantly changing. To help you see what prints from my images my more closely resemble, I am going to focus on a factor we both can control - our monitor's contrast and brightness levels. Simply put, if you follow the link below, and adjust your monitor, the images you see onscreen will most closely resemble, in matters of brightness and contrast, prints that are hung on a wall which receives a good deal of light, such as indirect light from an open window on a sunny day. Does this mean that the image will appear too dark with less light? Not necessarily, as our eyes adjust. However, as with all visual arts, I believe my art can be better appreciated, when seen with at least a moderate amount of light.
For those of you who find this all a bit too confusing or not worth the trouble of making monitor adjustments, I urge you to take a look at my guarantee.
